Cancelation Policy

Cancellation by Customer:

 

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment/event will receive a full refund or no charge.

 

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment/event will be subject to a cancellation fee of [percentage or fixed amount].

 

No-shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment/event will be charged the full amount.

 

Rescheduling:

 

Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the appointment/event will be accommodated without additional fees, subject to availability.
