Shipping Policy (E-Commerce & Parcel Services)
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $600 CAD,USD . This threshold may vary during promotions or by region.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
You can also track your order via your account dashboard or the carrier’s website.
5. Carriers We Use
Domestic: FedEx, UPS, USPS, Canada Post, DHL
International: DHL Express, FedEx International, USPS International
6. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may be extended for these destinations.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country.
You (the customer) are responsible for any such charges.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship certain items to:
Countries under trade embargo or restricted by law
Regions affected by civil unrest or natural disaster
9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Keep all packaging and product images if applicable.
